吡虫啉与杀虫单对水稻飞虱和螟虫联合作用研究   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
在室内测定了吡虫啉与杀虫单混配对水稻褐飞虱Nilaparvatalugens和二化螟Chilosuppressalis的联合作用,并进行了田间试验。结果表明吡虫啉与杀虫单复配对褐飞虱、二化螟有相加和增效作用,以配比1∶20~1∶40增效作用最好。吡虫啉对二化螟有较高的毒杀作用,以点滴法和稻茎浸渍法测得其致死中量为0 8873μg/头和0 3743mg L,分别是杀虫单的5 168倍和2 19倍。田间试验表明,在室内试验中CTC值较高的配比(1∶22~1∶39)的药剂在田间对水稻飞虱和螟虫均有较好的防治效果,防治稻飞虱的防效在94 7%以上,防治二化螟的效果在55 6%~90 6%之间,防治三化螟的效果在55 13%~95 41%之间,防治稻纵卷叶螟的效果在81 6%以上。  相似文献

Goal, Scope and Background Decision-makers demand information about the range of possible outcomes of their actions. Therefore, for developing Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) as a decision-making tool, Life Cycle Inventory (LCI) databases should provide uncertainty information. Approaches for incorporating uncertainty should be selected properly contingent upon the characteristics of the LCI database. For example, in industry-based LCI databases where large amounts of up-to-date process data are collected, statistical methods might be useful for quantifying the uncertainties. However, in practice, there is still a lack of knowledge as to what statistical methods are most effective for obtaining the required parameters. Another concern from the industry's perspective is the confidentiality of the process data. The aim of this paper is to propose a procedure for incorporating uncertainty information with statistical methods in industry-based LCI databases, which at the same time preserves the confidentiality of individual data. Methods The proposed procedure for taking uncertainty in industry-based databases into account has two components: continuous probability distributions fitted to scattering unit process data, and rank order correlation coefficients between inventory flows. The type of probability distribution is selected using statistical methods such as goodness-of-fit statistics or experience based approaches. Parameters of probability distributions are estimated using maximum likelihood estimation. Rank order correlation coefficients are calculated for inventory items in order to preserve data interdependencies. Such probability distributions and rank order correlation coefficients may be used in Monte Carlo simulations in order to quantify uncertainties in LCA results as probability distribution. Results and Discussion A case study is performed on the technology selection of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) chemical recycling systems. Three processes are evaluated based on CO2 reduction compared to the conventional incineration technology. To illustrate the application of the proposed procedure, assumptions were made about the uncertainty of LCI flows. The application of the probability distributions and the rank order correlation coefficient is shown, and a sensitivity analysis is performed. A potential use of the results of the hypothetical case study is discussed. Conclusion and Outlook The case study illustrates how the uncertainty information in LCI databases may be used in LCA. Since the actual scattering unit process data were not available for the case study, the uncertainty distribution of the LCA result is hypothetical. However, the merit of adopting the proposed procedure has been illustrated: more informed decision-making becomes possible, basing the decisions on the significance of the LCA results. With this illustration, the authors hope to encourage both database developers and data suppliers to incorporate uncertainty information in LCI databases.  相似文献

基于2×2列联表,应用方差比率法、χ2检验、Pearson相关系数检验及Spearm an秩相关系数检验等数量分析方法研究了旅游干扰对山西历山舜王坪亚高山草甸种间关联程度的影响。结果表明:(1)不同旅游距离带的联结指数(VR)均大于1,但统计量W均界于χ2分布的上下临界值之间。群落总体呈正关联,但联结性较弱,种的分布相对独立。(2)随着距游径距离的增加,4条不同旅游距离带的联结指数(VR)呈下降趋势;正负关联比有所增加,2χ检验显著率、Pearson相关检验显著率和Spearm an秩相关检验显著率都明显下降,说明旅游干扰对舜王坪亚高山草甸种间关联程度产生了一定的影响,距离游径越远,种间关联越趋于随机性,但这种影响尚未引起种间联结性的改变。(3)χ2检验与Pearson相关系数检验、Spearm an秩相关系数检验结果用来刻划种间相关性具有一定的相似之处,但仍存在一定差异,结合使用效果更好。与Pearson相关检验相比,Spearm an秩相关检验更具灵敏性。4)本研究结果支持随着群落演替进程的发展,群落种群总体向着无关联发展的观点。  相似文献

唐古特白刺单果优株果序性状变异研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
依据单果大小和口感等指标选择出39个唐古特白刺(Nitraria tangutorum Bobr.)果用优株。并以此为试验材料进一步就果序性状变异进行了研究,结果表明:白刺中选优株的果大小、果重、核果比等单果性状株间差异显著,而株内变异较小。在白刺天然群体内,果序性状差异极为显著,其中不乏果序重突出的单株。中选优株B12、B19等的平均果序重可达8.260g和8.271g,分别比对照高出6.86倍、6.87倍;比39个中选优株的平均值超出1.26倍、1.29倍。尽管白刺株内果序重变幅较大,但B12、B19的果序重最小值仍远远高出对照,甚至分别高出39株平均值79%和66%。由于与果序重密切相关的每序核果数与单果重等单果性状相对独立,因此从果用型白刺开发利用角度考虑,与产量相关更为紧密的果序重应该作为白刺优株选择以及亲本选择的主要依据。  相似文献

Aim: Concentration of species occurrences in groups of classified sites can be quantified with statistical measures of fidelity, which can be used for the determination of diagnostic species. However, for most available measures fidelity depends on the number of sites within individual groups. As the classified data sets typically contain site groups of unequal size, such measures do not enable a comparison of numerical fidelity values of species between different site groups. We therefore propose a new method of measuring fidelity with presence/absence data after equalization of the size of the site groups. We compare the properties of this new method with other measures of statistical fidelity, in particular with the Dufrêne‐Legendre Indicator Value (IndVal) index. Methods: The size of site groups in the data set is equalized, while relative frequencies of species occurrence within and outside of these groups are kept constant. Then fidelity is calculated using the phi coefficient of association. Results: Fidelity values after equalization are independent of site group size, but their numerical values vary independently of the statistical significance of fidelity. By changing the size of the target site group relative to the size of the entire data set, the fidelity measure can be made more sensitive to either common or rare species. We show that there are two modifications of the IndVal index for presence/absence data, one of which is also independent of the size of site groups. Conclusion: The phi coefficient applied to site groups of equalized size has advantages over other statistical measures of fidelity based on presence/absence data. Its properties are close to an intuitive understanding of fidelity and diagnostic species in vegetation science. Statistical significance can be checked by calculation of another fidelity measure that is a function of statistical significance, or by direct calculation of the probability of observed species concentrations by Fisher's exact test. An advantage of the new method over IndVal is its ability to distinguish between positive and negative fidelity. One can also weight the relative importance of common and rare species by changing the equalized size of the site groups.  相似文献

Intramolecular electrostatic attraction and repulsion strongly influence the conformational sampling of intrinsically disordered proteins and domains (IDPs). In order to better understand this complex relationship, we have used nuclear magnetic resonance to measure side chain pKa values and pH‐dependent translational diffusion coefficients for the unstructured and highly acidic carboxyl‐terminus of γ‐tubulin (γ‐CT), providing insight into how the net charge of an IDP relates to overall expansion or collapse of the conformational ensemble. Many of the pKa values in the γ‐CT are shifted upward by 0.3–0.4 units and exhibit negatively cooperative ionization pH profiles, likely due to the large net negative charge that accumulates on the molecule as the pH is raised. pKa shifts of this magnitude correspond to electrostatic interaction energies between the affected residues and the rest of the charged molecule that are each on the order of 1 kcal mol?1. Diffusion of the γ‐CT slowed with increasing net charge, indicative of an expanding hydrodynamic radius (rH). The degree of expansion agreed quantitatively with what has been seen from comparisons of IDPs with different charge content, yielding the general trend that every 0.1 increase in relative charge (|Q|/res) produces a roughly 5% increase in rH. While γ‐CT pH titration data followed this trend nearly perfectly, there were substantially larger deviations for the database of different IDP sequences. This suggests that other aspects of an IDP's primary amino acid sequence beyond net charge influence the sensitivity of rH to electrostatic interactions.  相似文献

A series of quinoxalinone scaffold-based acyl sulfonamides were designed as aldose reductase inhibitors and evaluated for aldose reductase (ALR2)/aldehyde reductase (ALR1) inhibition and antioxidation. Compounds 9b-g containing styryl side chains at C3-side exhibited good ALR2 inhibitory activity and selectivity. Of them, 9g demonstrated the most potent inhibitory activity with an IC50 value of 0.100?μM, and also exhibited excellent antioxidant activity, even comparable to the typical antioxidant Trolox. Compounds 9 had higher lipid-water partition coefficients relative to the carboxylic acid compounds 8, indicating that they may have better lipophilicity and membrane permeability. Structure-activity relationship (SAR) studies found that acyl trifluoromethanesulfonamide group at N1 and the C3-dihydroxystyryl side chain were the key structure for improving the aldose reductase inhibitory activity and antioxidant activity.  相似文献

扎龙湿地的芦苇既可形成大面积的单优群落,也可形成不同群落斑块。采用大样本抽样调查与统计分析方法,对湿地内水生生境、湿生生境、旱生生境和盐碱生境芦苇种群分株高度和生物量进行比较。结果表明,6—10月份,4个生境芦苇种群分株高度及生物量均以水生生境最高,盐碱生境最低,水生生境株高为盐碱生境的1.5—2.3倍,分株生物量为2.0—5.1倍,生境间的差异性以及差异序位均相对稳定。4个生境株高生境间变异系数(19.45%—31.56%)均高于生境内变异系数(8.07%—17.61%),分株高度在生境间的可塑性更大;分株生物量中水生生境、湿生生境和盐碱生境3个生境间的变异系数(33.43%—55.61%)均低于生境内变异系数(44.85%—79.82%),分株生物量在生境内的可塑性更大。不同生境条件下芦苇种群分株,在生长和生产上均存在较大的生态可塑性,表现出明显的环境效应,其中土壤含水量是该地区芦苇分株生态可塑性变异的主要驱动因子(R0.80),为正向驱动。  相似文献
